1. Tactical Tracking Operations Level 1-

Our Level 1 Tactical Tracking course teaches BOLD and AGGRESSIVE tracking techniques to close the "Time and Distance Gap" between the Tracking Team and the Suspect. This course assumes that all suspect are armed and dangerous and will use force to resist arrest. Officer Safety aspects are fully integrated into our Tactical Tracking Program. If you are a K9 Handler, SWAT Officer, Patrol Officer or Correction Officer who may be charged with the responsibility of conducting a Track on an ARMED and DANGEROUS fugitive .... then this course is a MUST!!!

There is no K9 work done in this Level 1 course of instruction. Our Level 1 Tactical Tracking course is not to compete against man tracking or to instruct a specialized form of K9 Tracking. It's only to join the 2 ideas in a cohesive manner that brings results through team oriented concepts. If you are a K9 Handler, conventional tracking methods teach the K9 to track with... ZERO... assistance from the Handler. If you look at K9 Handler Officer involved shootings most occur during a tracking or air scent operation. This Level 1 Tracking Course will greatly enhance a K9 Teams safety when deployed on these missions and help the handler learn to work with the dog during these operations.

2. K9 Tracking Seminar:

This course of instruction is specific for K9 Handler's who want to IMPROVE their deployment success and mission safety when deploying on a tracking mission in both an Urban and Rural environment. Every K9 Team attending this course will be independently evaluated and K9 Team Specific Instruction will be given. Specific area's covered in this seminar will include; K9 Focus and Commitment, Compression, Source of Disturbance, Multi-Surface tracking, Reading your Dog, Understanding DISTRACTING ODORS / K9 behavior and Maintenance Training for the WORKING ENVIRONMENT...NOT SPORT!!!
